Note: Twitch data was leaked and somebody created a chrome extension by using that data.
Idea #1
A chrome extension that adds a setting in Twitch to locally block emotes for any user you have blocked.
As a streamer, you can ban emotes but as a regular viewer, you cannot. Also, as a streamer, you don’t want to prevent people from using the assets they pay for. Giving an “opt-out” option on a personal level would be better.
Similar Solutions:
People care more about their mental health now and having this option would serve them well.

A chrome extension that adds a trigger warning right before the scene on Netflix.
@Spookage worked on this idea a few years ago and was generous enough to share the source code for anyone who wants to work on this idea.
