How to market your Chrome extension by using listicles
Content marketing is one of the easiest ways to market your Chrome extension.
But writing those long articles is hard.
But listicles are comparatively easier. Here are two examples:
- Get More Out of Notion With These 5 Chrome Extensions
- The 8 Best Google Chrome Extensions for Remote Workers
Following these two examples, you can write 2 listicles:
- Get More Out of [Platform Name] with these [Number] chrome extensions. Find other chrome extensions dedicated to that platform, make a list, and include your own extension in that list too.
- The [Number] Best Google Chrome Extensions for [Target Audience]. Find other chrome extensions dedicated to the target audience, make a list, and include your own extension in that list too.
That’s it. Go out there and make some listicles now.
Idea #1
A chrome extension that picks up any eth address and links out to etherscan.
For such extensions, people don’t like giving access to the whole browser. While building this extension, try to make it privacy friendly.

Idea #2
A chrome extension that lets you filter your Twitter messages by keywords and historical interaction
Another idea that I would be the first user of and would love to help in marketing it.
